Lily has been absent in Genoa City since informing everyone on January 7 that she was leaving town to visit Charlie and Mattie. In fact, she said that she planned to spend around a month with her and Cane’s kids, which signaled Christel Khalil’s maternity leave. Having kept her pregnancy under wraps, the actress has welcomed her third child and recently shared a first look photo of her little one.
In a story posted on her official Instagram, Khalil could be seen with her new bundle of joy while working out in a garage gym with the door open. The CBS soap fave was lying on her back on a weight bench with a barbell cross her legs as the baby rested safely in a green carrier snuggled close to her chest.
Khalil gave fans one of their first looks at her baby bump back in October of 2025 when she joined various members of the soap for a little behind-the-scenes fun. For Halloween, Bryton James (Devon), Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea), Courtney Hope (Sally), Peter Bergman (Jack), Michael Mealor (Kyle), Jason Thompson (Billy), Susan Walters (Diane), Michael Graziadei (Daniel) and others performed their rendition of Michael Jackson’s 1982 “Thriller.”
Though the actress hasn’t released any details surrounding the birth of her second child with husband Sam Restagno, the baby, joins brother Remy and Michael, who, the latter, she shares with her ex Stephen Hensley.

It’s true that Mariah was overly attached to Dominic after she first gave birth to him, but she hasn’t really talked about or paid much attention to Dom since then.
It’s weird for Mariah to suddenly be fixating on Dominic again.
Even Mariah herself struggled to make sense of why she was kidnapping Dom and had to rely on Ian to talk her through it.
That brings us to all these Ian hallucinations, which might be another brain tumor warning sign.
Mariah has gotten progressively worse despite her extended stay at that clinic in Boston.
What if the reason they couldn’t help Mariah is because a brain tumor has been steadily growing this entire time?
It’s an option worth considering since Mariah’s behavior is so out of control
Nothing Mariah’s doing adds up, so maybe a brain tumor has driven her to this breaking point.
If so, that could totally change Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) perspective on everything that’s happened and could perhaps leave her torn between Mariah and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) down the road.
Of course, it’s also possible this is truly just a mental break storyline, but it’s wise to consider all possibilities as we all look forward to Dominic’s safe return to Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway).
